Jean Ann Shirey graduated from Baylor University.  

She worked in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice - Institutional Division for 22 years and for the University of Texas Medical Branch - Institutional Division many of those years.  Jean Ann has four children and nineteen grandchildren.

     "I believe Jesus and live to glorify God.  I had the opportunity to love Jesus from the time I was a small child and surrendered my life to God through His Son, Jesus, at age 9.  Then, I was baptized.  Jesus has always been faithful and kind to me.  Jesus kept His promise to stay with me all the time, forgive my sins, and help me to serve Him.  I am so grateful to God for His gifts of love, family, church, friends, talents, the Bible, this world, and all He has provided.  It is my sincere hope you will want to trust in Jesus as your Savior and Lord so you may have a fulfilling life whatever the circumstances.
